_ingARCHITECTS  were appointed to design and construct a rear Garden Pod for Stockwell House, SW8.
 
The proposed scheme includes a black zinc clad Garden Pod, with approximate dimensions of 5m x 4m. This houses a bedroom/home office, with floor to ceiling glazing, built in storage and shower room to the rear. 

Planning approval was required, as the property is situated in a Conservation Area. We worked closely with the Local Authority to ensure the scheme would be approved under the Local Plan. 
 
Following completion of the Garden Pod, we also worked on a complete re-design of the 25m rear garden, in collaboration with Emma O'Connell Garden Design.
