_ingARCHITECTS have been appointed to design and construct a series of extensions and internal re-configurations to a private dwelling in the heart of the Studdridge Street Conservation Area, Fulham.
The brief involves the excavation and extension of the existing cellar, to create a new basement floor with living and recreational accommodation, with access to the rear garden via an external staircase.
Internal re-configurations to upper levels include a rear and side infill extension at ground level, with a contemporary glazed link to the garden. Further extensions to first and second floors will provide additional bedrooms, bathrooms and working space.

The scheme is currently under construction.
