_ingARCHITECTS have been appointed to design and construct a series of extensions and internal re-configurations to a private dwelling in the heart of the Pelham Conservation Area, Wimbledon.
The brief involves opening up of the existing lower ground floor to allow greater access and views to their large garden, including squaring off the existing rear addition.
Internal re-configurations to upper levels including a rear extension at raised ground level and general modernisation throughout. There will also be an addition of a rear garden room, to be used as a gym/bedroom with shower room.
The scheme is currently awaiting Planning Approval.
