_ingARCHITECTS is a residential architecture and interiors practice focused on creating high-end and truly bespoke family homes across South London and beyond.
Established by Peter Lynn in 2020, _ingARCHITECTS specialise in private residential home extensions, renovations and refurbishments. We have extensive experience managing residential and interior projects from concept to construction and completion, including work on heritage buildings and in conservation areas across London.
With a belief that your surroundings directly influence the quality of your life, with a focus on environmental, landscape and specific family requirements, we work closely with each individual client to develop a unique creative vision for beautiful and functional homes that optimise light, space and storage.
We deliver the design detail, technical skills and project management expertise required to take the vision to reality, whilst minimising the stress of the project for our clients.

Peter was born in Dorset and qualified as an architect after studying at Sheffield (Part I) and London Westminster School of Architecture (Part II and Part III).
Prior to establishing _ingARCHITECTS, Peter worked for one of the Netherlands' top residential and urban planning practices, before moving back to the UK in 2013. He has spent the last seven years working at some of the leading high-end residential architecture practices in West London, including most recently four years at Icon Architects in Fulham.
During this period he led over £10m of residential projects, gaining extensive experience managing everything required from inception to completion, coordinating between clients, builders and suppliers.
Peter's core strengths are building a strong personal relationship with his clients, balancing a concern for careful detail in both design and finish, and also being able to manage complex and fast moving building projects.
He has a passion for architecture, design and the built environment, and from a young age had always intended to establish his own practice. This dream became a reality with the launch of _ingARCHITECTS in 2020, with a focus on creating high-end and truly bespoke family homes in the South London area, where he now lives.
